Classic Canadian baking by actual Canadian bakers! All three of us are Canadian born and raised, and our baking is informed by that. You'll find East Coast staples like one-bowl cheese tea biscuits and blueberry buckle, Prairie favourites like chocolate mayonnaise cake and brown sugar frosting, and some West Coast staples like Nanaimo bars. We're always adding to this category with recipes from our grandmothers, aunts, and mothers, that have been tested over generations.
