Swedish Chocolate Balls (Chokladbollar)

Swedish chocolate balls are a popular Swedish treat - found in almost every café and corner store - made with butter, oats, sugar, cocoa, and coffee.

1. Stir rolled oats, sugar, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.

2. Add butter, coffee, and  vanilla extract to the bowl.

3. Stir to combine and then chill in the fridge for one hour.

4. Roll into small balls, then roll each in shredded coconut.
