Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough

Cinnamon raisin sourdough bread is an easy win for breakfast or brunch! It is absolutely divine toasted and slathered with a knob of butter, or  a dollop of jam.

1. Whisk active sourdough starter and water in a mixing bowl.

2. Add flour and stir to combine. The dough will be super shaggy.

3. Mix in salt, then add  cinnamon and raisins.

4. Do six rounds of stretch-and-folds, once every 30 minutes.

5. Shape the dough and place in a  banneton. Refrigerate overnight.

6. Preheat a Dutch oven. Turn out the dough and score the top.

6. Bake and cool fully before slicing and serving.
